The Shared Van Plan is our primary commuter service and the most economical option for riders who travel to work on a regular schedule. Riders traveling in the same general direction share professionally coordinated transportation, helping reduce commuting costs while providing a dependable alternative to driving every day.Weekly and monthly options are available for both one-way and round-trip service, making it easy to choose the plan that best matches your work routine.This plan is ideal for:* Full-time employees

• Personal Ride Plan (PRP)

The Personal Ride Plan offers a more individualized transportation experience for riders whose schedules or destinations may not align with shared routes.PRP provides a higher level of flexibility and is intended for riders who prefer a more personalized commute. Availability is limited and offered only when scheduling permits.

• Royal Rescue Ride

Life doesn't always go according to plan. The Royal Rescue Ride is available for existing URT riders who occasionally need transportation outside of their normal schedule.Whether your shift runs late, your regular ride falls through, or an unexpected situation arises, Royal Rescue is designed to help eligible riders return home safely when availability allows.Because this is an emergency convenience service, requests are reviewed individually and are subject to driver availability.

Policy and procedures

Thank you for choosing UR Transport. Please review the following policies to help ensure a safe, reliable, and enjoyable riding experience.

1. Reservations
Submitting a ride request does not guarantee a reservation.Seats are limited and are confirmed only after:Your request has been reviewed.Payment has been received and verified.A confirmation has been sent by UR Transport.
Incomplete requests, including missing payment or required information, will not be reviewed and do not reserve a seat.2. Request Deadline
Requests must be submitted by Wednesday at 5:00 PM to be considered for service beginning the following week.Requests received after the deadline will be reviewed for the next available service week.3. Pickup Locations
UR Transport operates using designated community pickup zones.Drivers do not provide residential door-to-door service.Riders are responsible for arriving at their assigned pickup zone before their scheduled pickup window.4. Driver Wait Time
Drivers may wait for a limited time when operationally possible.If a rider is not present when the vehicle departs, the ride will be considered missed.Repeated missed pickups may result in suspension or removal from service.5. Rider Conduct
Riders are expected to treat drivers and fellow riders with courtesy and respect, follow reasonable directions provided by the driver to support safe and timely transportation, and avoid any disruptive or unsafe behavior. Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are prohibited in or around the vehicle. UR Transport reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any rider whose conduct compromises the safety or comfort of others.
